"I would tell um I would tell them to just you know be brave and like go talk to someone like literally anyone um you know use your school or community resources to like talk to a therapist or some mental health advocate about like your struggles you know definitely talk to your friends about it talk to um you know if you don't feel comfortable talking to your family then like definitely go um seek help and then it'll all like it's just you got to take like the first baby steps before you expect like more acceptance from the family."
